A Unique Space
Soft furnishings and an elegant, atmospheric ambience set the tone at Zur Kaiserkron.
Neutral, soothing colours dominate the space. The design, by the prestigious Linea Interiors Studio, is modernised, yet the historic essence of the interior has been preserved and enhanced. The dramatic original black-and-white mosaic floor from the 1930s and the historic vaults have been brought to life through carefully designed optical effects. Today, walking through the doors of Zur Kaiserkron still evokes the feeling of stepping into an exclusive “living room”.
Pock Palace
Restaurant Zur Kaiserkron is housed within the Pock Palace, one of Bolzano’s most majestic historic landmarks. Built in 1759 by Franz Anton Pock on the site of the medieval residence of the Lords of Liechtenstein, the palace features a richly stuccoed façade and grand interior staircases, evoking a bygone era. Once home to the city’s first theatre, the palace was a hub for German culture.
