Filippo Sinisgalli
A natural-born team leader and a deep connoisseur of Italian culinary culture, Filippo Sinisgalli is the creative force behind the dishes at Zur Kaiserkron.
From Milan to Dubai, from Bolzano to Miami, Executive Chef Sinisgalli has travelled the world with his teams, spreading the ‘’eating well’’ culture of Italy. His cuisine has also graced the tables of New York and Los Angeles, reaching the homes of Hollywood stars such as Whoopi Goldberg and Susan Sarandon, through bespoke chef@home experiences with an unmistakably Italian touch.
In April 2022, Filippo Sinisgalli was elected Vice-President of Euro-Toques Italia, an association that fosters international dialogue among chefs and promotes the adoption of a shared code of honour. Its mission is to ensure food safety, upload the quality and flavour of products.
